A cake for Matt Cunningham’s 30th Anniversary of teaching music. 12" fruitcake was supplied to me. Accordion is just under 1 foot wide and made from Rice Krispie Treats. Covered in both fondant and modelling chocolate. Music sheets are edible wafer paper prints. Made a little mistake as the text on the accordion was supposed to face the other way. But I think I’ll be ok! :)
