Whooop !!! Just spotted that this is my *100th *cake posted to CD !! :D
This was made for the birthday of a Marvel fan and so I used the more ‘comic’ style Iron Man image … I had my first attempt at panelling for this one and it definitely worked for the size of it. The 2D image is all hand-cut fondant from a template, and then everything was shaded or highlighted with dusts.
I did a quick ‘pictorial’ for the face too, although to many it may seem an obvious ‘how to’, but thought it may help someone else out there (it’s my first, so be kind haha !!) You can find it here with these pics, or as a new post in the ‘Blogs – Tutorial’ section ;)

It’s all toffee cake and caramel layers inside AND I got to share this one this time !! :D
