I made this cake for one of my daughter’s teachers (who we love:) who was throwing a surprise birthday party for her daughter’s 16th birthday. I was so happy to be able to make the cake for them! Everything is fondant. I was so relieved the fondant on the top tier went on so smoothly because the design left no room for error! The colors were chosen to coordinate with the party decor.
