ICE SKATER!!

Little Aadya’s birthday was held at a ice skating ring and mom wanted an ice skater to be topper for the cake. She wanted the cake to look as dainty, petite and beautiful as possible!

Inspired by Carlos Liscetti’s Ballerina, I made this figurine of a girl changing her ice skating shoes…the ganached cake was encompassed in a beautiful edible lace and snowflakes thrown around!
