Clare's Diner

This is my cake for January (a bit late!) One of my husband’s colleagues just turned 40 so I was tasked with the cake. She is a big fan of Irish diner chain “Eddie Rocket’s” so the cake is based around this. Not as neat as I’d like but I had 3 “helpers” distracting me! He’s bringing it to work tomorrow so I hope she likes it. Thanks for looking!
