In the midst of a hot summer in Australia, I get a welcome request to make snow themed Winter cupcakes. Ah feeling cool already! So it’s fun in the snow with snowmen, ear muffs, mittens, wooly scarves and warm furry coats. Cupcakes are gluten free vegan chocolate with lychee flavoured mock cream.
