My first attempt using edible lace and thought I’d try it out on a ‘dummy’ cake for a wedding show. Wasn’t sure at first but the more I attempted at making it the better it came out so I am now dying to buy more as I think I could get addicted to it. The top and 3rd tiers are separators with the 2nd and lower tier being the extra deep ones, I wanted to give a different look. The flower sprays were made by my clever assistant Caroline.
