I was given free reign with this cake with the brief to tie back into her business card so I used the colours & the NZ Wood Pigeon image, I’ve been dying to make a pleated tier after seeing Jessica’s from Rosy Cakes so I signed up to SugarEd Productions & followed her tutorial…loved the effect, the bottom tier (yes it is cake) I wanted to do as a realistic slice of a tree & the blossoms for a new beginning
