The Red Shoes ...

Made for a 30th birthday a few days ago, it’s an 8" lemon/6" vanilla madeira undercoated with white choc ganache. This is the first time making a pair of shoes, and I thought I’d struggle with no moulds or cutters, but hey, the basic paper templates worked well enough ! Hope you like it …
