A christening cake for a gorgeous little baby boy called Ted. I have been wanting to use this colour palette for a while and was so pleased with the way it worked out. My first time making a “rough” teddy too, I rather like him and his serious little face. I absolutely adore the work of Emma Jayne Cake Design, in particular the way she does her bows and ribbons, so I took inspiration from her and had a try out of the style (not in the same league, but was fun experimenting). I also recovered the top tier of Jenny and Iain’s wedding cake to create the bottom tier of Ted’s cake.
