Guiseppe and Fernanda came to our Atelier full of enthusiasm! It had looked all our work, and although initially had in mind another design, you fell in love with Fernanda both our sugar flowers, they decided to change it.
A flock of butterflies and roses would be the absolute protagonists of the cake.
White sugar roses, made entirely by hand, they will match the bride’s bouquet and table decorations, and butterflies on a cream textured matte tone, detail of a single golden butterfly adds a touch of light and together is a romantic and cool, perfect for this outdoor wedding with breathtaking views that are held in the gazebo restaurant Mirabe Barcelona.
The coverage of this on the cake in fondant cream tones with a pearl finish.
The inside of the cake is chocolate tart Belgian cocoa and 70% cream filled Swiss Cava Sea.
