Modern Wedding Cake

A modern style, very minimal cake ordered by the bride to be just plain buttercream tiers with no piping and a single calla lily on top. It was a REALLY difficult cake to make because I had to focus on getting pencil straight sides and edges and completely smooth buttercream.
It was Apple Cinnamon Cake with Whipped Cream filling and Vanilla Bean Buttercream.
