Ok, so here’s my first time making a handbag (unless you count the Peppa Pig one for a 2yr old ! :D)
Carved from a layered 8" square, it’s vanilla madeira filled and undercoated with whipped milk choc ganache. I don’t think I’d panic so much next time I’m faced with one, and I can see now a few things I’d change and get right, but hey-ho !
Story is the hubby was telling his wife he was sorry he couldn’t get her the real thing for her 40th, so here was a cake instead … ’Cept he DID have the real thing for her, lucky lady !!! Oh I would have loved to have seen her face !
