I am a trained baker confectioner and pastry chef totally in love with cake decorating since my first London trip.
Unfortunately i've got far too few time to practice and decorate cakes since the main cakes i make are modernist entremets and traditional italian cakes, tarts and desserts. I definitely love my job and I hopefully be able to post more pics of beautifully decorated cakes as well as look at the wonderful and amazing works of all of you cakes decor members...more and more!
