That was my son´s birthday cake and my first 3D car. When he saw it he started jumping and laughing all arround the living room… ha ha ha, he gathered all his Lightnings McQueen and Mate Toys around the cake and made me take a million photos ha ha ha. Soooooo sweet, he was celebrating his 4th birthday.
It´s all painted, I don´t usually use edible prints.
It´s a cherry and apple sponge with cherry marmalade layers alternated with cheese buttercream layers.

This looks so real! You really pulled this off! Brilliantly done and the way you presented it is fantastic! Even the name works in with your design! I think this is the best lightning McQueen car I have seen so far!
