I had only been home 4 days from a weeks vacation when I re-packed and hopped on a plane to come see my daughter & grandson. My daughter said absolutely NO cake for her birthday, which was today. :o( so I decided to make her this clay craft (paper) open white rose as a keep sake. Was crazy busy those 4 days so I literally made this rose the night before I flew out!! We did go to a amazing local bakery for her birthday lunch and Sam relented and let me buy her a red velvet cupcake. I didn’t make it…but I have to admit….it sure was yummy……
