This cake was originally intended to be a Peruvian Flag, I bet youre all wondering what went wrong lol. Well my client decided at the last minute to tell the recipient about thier surprise cake and needless to say, wanted something “pretty and flowery” instead. I had already baked the sheet cake, so I cut it up into a few rectangular layers and decided to make some Roses and Succlents in a “gift box”. I had a lot of fun with the colors (the idea of green roses made me smile) and I wanted it to be very bright and cheery. Hope you all enjoy!
