I first came in contact with Lopa 3 years ago discussing little Nirvaan’s 1st birthday cake. 3 years on now and she’s been such a wonderful client, referring me to her friends at the same time giving me opportunities to create cakes for her.
This year little Nirvaan was into the hungry caterpillar, and so the cake to be created needed to reflect that.

The Cake:
Bottom tier: White velvet cake layered with blue berry Swiss butter cream and iced with Belgian white chocolate ganache.
Top tier: Caramel butter cake layered with Salted butter caramel Swiss butter cream and iced with Belgian white chocolate ganache.
All details hand made lovingly with sugar paste.
