A HUGE Happy Birthday goes out to the fabulous little fairy princess, Caitlyn today! Caitlyn’s mum, Christine wanted to make sure that the cake had lots of pink with gold detailing but she also wanted something that would reflect the sweetness of this gorgeous little girl. So, with this briefing in mind, I came up with an enchanted fairy princess concept and viola! On delivering the cake, little Caitlyn’s eyes totally lit up with excitement and as a cake artist, lets be honest here, these are the moments that makes every bit of the process worth it.
