We are about to launch some amazing new cupcake paper cases that do not need a bun tin. They just need to be sat on a baking sheet with a small gap in between each one to allow for a small amount of expansion. They are also a great quality grease proof paper. So many cake cases on the market just allow the fat to seep through.
The problem we had found with lots of cases on the market is that when placed into a bun tin they often crease inwards deforming the cupcake once baked. Some of the printed ones on the market also seem to shrink alot whilst in the cooking process.
Had not seen these before and have had them made a particular size for us. Has anyone come across these before? If so what do you think ?
