Ganache airbrushing HELP!

I’m going to airbrush a oil based colour to my white chocolate ganache but what PSI should I set my compressor at?

Annyo123, I know you are tired of seeing my face, lol. I’ve already given you all the information I know regarding airbrushing on ganache, but am happy to see you on this site. Hope someone else can give you better answers.
