Help please
Anyone know what the things are highlighted in my photo? Our normal cake baker is not feeling well and can’t make my daughters cake. I ordered a Publix cake but she wants me to make it look like this photo. Is this just an icing melt that they made and if so any advice on how to make it? Please help. Daughter bday is 7 days away

Ma’am those are baked meringues… just egg whites and sugar. The ratio is 2 oz of white sugar for each egg white. You pipe them with an open star tip and bake in a veeeery low temperature oven for a looong time. I hope is clear, otherwise, google it out… baked meringues.
I second what Regina has said. You can color them too if you want.
