CookieCon Reno

I had a jam-packed and enjoyable time in Reno, Nevada. CookieCon turned out to be all that I’d heard of it and more! There were alot of preparations on my end for the demonstrations that I was giving; SEVEN classes :) Although there were some hiccups here and there in getting all the supplies I needed, they all got ironed out before my classes started. I’m glad for that. There were alot of smiles, lots of new learning moments, tips and tricks, and so many left feeling inspired to try new edible mediums brought in from the cake world into the cookie world.
I’d love to do that again, to be invited back as an Instructor to teach. Seeing those smiles and interacting with others and sharing ideas between one another was uplifting, for us all, me too! :)
Well, I’m slowly coming down from Cloud 9 and out of my sugar high, but these days now I need to catch up on sleep and rest! :)
If I missed your posts, that’s why :) I’m hooked on CookieCon. And I look forward to the next one in Louisville, Kentucky!
