Vegan baking

I own a vegan bakery, but I’ve created all my own recipes. I’ve baked this way my entire life, but I think most non-vegans start off with the depression cake? which uses no eggs or dairy. It’s very basic, but it will get the job done. Good luck! Be careful of advice you accept on this subject from non-vegans and stay clear of overly complicated techniques. A BAD vegan cake is only from poor technique or a really bad recipe. Good luck!
