BLOWN ISOMALT BUBBLES
Not sure what category this should be in, it is neither cake nor gumpaste but blown sugar (Isomalt) bubbles I made today. The yellowish one has a small flickering candle LED light inside, the brighter one a white LED light. I will use the flickering candle on a Buche de Noel cake at Christmas. The brighter one will go on my son’s birthday cake and served on Thanksgiving Day.

Thanks Sandra. Son Josh is an electrician so am making his cake with assorted electrical objects. Think he will laugh when he sees it.
