Hello Brenda, Congratulatios on your vows renewal! I know a couple of wonderful decorators in NC, but none in the Myrtle Beach area. Hummingbird Cake is Southern Living’s most requested recipe introduced in the early 60’s (or late 50’s, can’t remember) and made with bananas and pecans, frosted with cream cheese icing. I’ve been making it for over 50 years and have never met a person who did not love it. A true Southern classic.

I visit Myrtle Beach a lot and once needed a cake for my daughter. The resort where we stay recommended Coccadott’s. Now, I never did end up using them only because it turned out we would be home for her birthday instead of Myrtle Beach.
