So I am calling on all you very talented and experienced cake gurus for some much needed advice! Especially those of you in the UK. (In East Surrey / Croydon, so if you’re my competition, I understand if you don’t want to share, lol)
I have my first ever wedding fair next weekend… (Wow was it hard to break into that circuit). I am in the midst of making some display cakes. I know from a friend who works the same circuit as a sweet cart hire,who said that I should take tasters.
Urgh I don’t know where to start.. Popular flavours/ something different/ how do I keep them moist if they’re pre- cut? Should I take a portfolio with prices? Any other advice and I would be eternally grateful scared much eep!

Also does anyone know if I have to do anything different for FSA or is just recording in the SFBB Paperwork (how dull is that, ha)! – anyway nervous rambling now…
