Please help for a baileys cake

My sister wants me to make her a baileys cake top tier and a hokey pokey cake bottom tier , i told her im a amature but she liked what ive done to my brothers cake but i have no recipe to make a baileys cake and a stiff icing in the middle of the layers as not sure what to make as ive only done one type of icing and cake which was a choc mud cake and a ganache but i want something thicker in between the layers can anyone help please thanks
