Apple Blossom tutorial

Hi All
I have been fascinated by Jacqueline Butler (petlesweet cakes) Apple Blossom – I have bought a couple of her tutorial on craftsy, I have searched everywhere for a tutorial on making Apple Blossom – does anyone know where I can purchase one? there is nothing on U tube either – plenty for cherry blossom but the apple blossom looks so pretty.
