Hello from Ireland!!

Hi everyone, my name is Jen and I’m the owner of JensCoutureCakes. I started “caking” in 2013 when it was my little girls first birthday, (I know this is a lot of other people’s start up story too!). From then on, I fell in love with cake decorating. I was always artistic as a child and finally found what I loved doing. When I began, I mostly enjoyed the decorating part and some might say how cliché, but I am jus about in love with baking now and trying new recipes. I still get very frustrated when a recipe don’t work for me but I know I’m among people just like me here on this forum which is a place for us all to hopefully let off steam and enjoy the fact that we are always learning!!

I am from Ireland, and I bake from home. I have my kitchen registered with the HSE (health service executive) and I love creating weird and wonderful cakes in my home, never mind the aroma that is constantly circulating the house.

I have such a love for cake decorating but yes there are times when I get tired and burnt out buy hey, its a job at the end of the day and don’t we all need a break?
