Hi all – I’m James. Although not a cake decorator by trade, I have a lot to bring to the CakesDecor community since building a business in edible image printing in 2011. I’ve noticed a lot of frustrated posts around using edible printing with your cakes and cookies and I would be happy to help you out. Just a disclosure for you – we own an Edible Image Software called Topperoo, after seeing the difficulties businesses had in creating their icing designs. Our advice and support is, however, completely impartial based on the many years of learnings in this area.
