Cakes Of Art

My name is Terri and I just started my home cake business, Cakes Of Art in January. I am actually a retired Registered Nurse, but I have been a hobby baker for 40 years. Now that I am retired, I decided to supplement my social security with cakes. I took a Craftsy Class " Modeling Chocolate Madness" and it changed my life! I love modeling chocolate and use it for all of my decorations and lettering. I rarely use fondant unless I need something that is lighter in weight such as ears for mickey mouse. I love seeing everyone’s cakes for inspiration!
