I need help!! how to do this technique?

Any idea how to do this technique? I’ve been out of the cake decorating game for a little bit and need some info! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like gold edible glitter? You will find it at cake decorating suppliers…

Definitely edible glitter. The cake was most likely brushed with a thin coat of piping gel in the areas where you want the glitter to stick. Sprinkle it on and let it dry some. Then brush off the excess.
