How to Make Gumpaste Sunflower with Stem and Leaves

Could someone guide me on a tutorial for making a gumpastes sunflowers with the stem and leaves.

I have to make a few for a client in a few days.

Thank you,however the tutorial does not have the direction on how to make/apply a stem and leaves to the sunflower. This is what I am looking for too.
