A few questions about this method if someone could help me please if you have tried it.
1) Can the sprinkles be added to a ganached cake without fondant added?
2) If so would the sprinkles cover a milk choc ganache(friends request) well enough or would it have to be white choc ganache?
and finally what is the best way to attach the sprinkles?
I was thinking of letting the ganache set hard and then applying piping gel like u wud on a fondant cake and then rolling in sprinkles. Would that work?
