3D Minnie Mouse cake Help

I am wondering if anyone could help me find a tutorial on a 3D Minnie Mouse cake.
I have never done the armature so would likely have to start with that.

Cakes B&G shared a picture of her internal structure for her minnie mouse cake, which I used as a guideline to help create my daughters 1st birthday cake
