Anyone make French Macaroons????

I have made them a few times but when I was in paris they told be at a patisserie when I was buying some they only last a few days. I think that was in part to the type of filling they had.

If you have never made them before I would say practice a few times before you actually need them. It took me about 5 tries before mine came out and that was after taking a class on them too.
