Hi! I’m asking for help since i will be getting mareied soon and i dream of making my own cake. For starters i thought of covering the cakes with 2 or 3 layers of milk chocolate ganache until i get a nice coverage. After i want to cover the sides (square cakes) with royal icing panels as seen in the picture that would have the brown dried ganache backgroung to make the panels shine more. Does anyone have any tips of all of it? Am i doing something i shouldn’t?? is my idea crazy?? I’m amateur so i want to ask hehe. Also, does anyone have a piping template i can copy? I’ll be piping the royal icing for drying
on top of a silpat so it’s easy to copy a template but i’m having a hard time finding one online. Thanks!!!!
