How do I make this wedding cake?

I’m new to the website and was just wondering if anyone could help me, I have to make this wedding cake and I’m not sure how to do the detail on the cake, I think it’s a cutter but not sure what I’m looking for, can anyone help?

I would suggest lace molds. Kind of like these

I recently made one similar to this and I bought a lace mold , it worked wonderfully . Its time consuming if your covering the entire cake . I bought my mold from www.sweetwise.com they have several different ones. if you get a large one , you can cut the lace apart to get a different look
