I recently made two modeling chocolate figures, an elf man and a little fairy girl. I really like how their faces turned out, usually my fondant figures are small and round and cartoony, but this was my first time using modeling chocolate and they came out much more realistic. I don’t want to ruin it by doing bad hair, so what would you recommend I do for the hair? I want it to look realistic and not sloppy, I want it to help my piece, not take the quality down. I’ll post a picture of the heads later if I get a chance, but I want him to have curly hair and her have a bob. I need your recommendations on what to do! Thanks!

I’d suggest using a clay extruder. I made this fairies hair by pushing gum paste through a clay extruder. You can get them at any craft store. Good luck!
