No naughty cakes PLEASE!!!

I just want to quickly address this subject. We are a family friendly site and many of us sit here with our children while looking at all these fabulous pieces of sugar art. I want to look at them all, but to open up your pictures and see something like a penis, vagina or naked breasts is not what we want here on cakesdecor. We want good , clean fun cakes that we can giggle at without having to quickly cover our children’s eyes and then spend the next half an hour explaining why they could not see that cake.
I am sure there are other places you can show those cakes …if you post them here they will be removed! Please do not make us have to do that. Be respectful of others here and our children and just don’t post them please!!!!

I agree :) many people will have their children look at cakes here :) in needs to be a friendly environment that is good for them :)

Totally agree… And I take it even further when asked to do these kinds of cakes… Which I have several times… And it’s a flat no xx

I totally agree, if people want to commission cakes that are of adult content that’s fine. A jobs a job, and what people choose to ask to be made in cake form can be very odd and sometimes disturbing (there’s no accounting for taste). But I wouldn’t dream of posting them for all the world to see myself. I also find it hard to look at the more graphic horror theme cakes, or cakes designed to shock (that’s just me), but still I can’t deny the skill levels are often second to none.
