Awwwww Tina! Yes, the darned thing nearly broke me! Tier above bottom tier broke when torting, was rebaked and ganached, developed a mysterious air balloon under the fondant that wouldn’t go way. Was stripped and reganached, blew up again! Was binned, rebaked, ganached and finally brought to heel!
