I am a self taught cake decorator who lives in Auckland, New Zealand. I started decorating cakes at the beginning of 2011 and cake decorating and everything cake has become my absolute passion! I am a mum of two small boys and a qualified Naturopath and Medical Herbalist (yes I know, cake decorating a complete left turn!) I love the creative side of making a cake and how happy butter, eggs, sugar, flour and fondant can make someone!
