Awwww…thanks Ladies! I should add the photo of the cake on the buffet table…the clam which was hard when I left home flopped down and covered the baby so had to be removed and because the top tier was full of choc buttercream, it nearly oozed off the cake all together…I was so upset!! The double barrel was solid and straight as a arrow….i LOVE Ganache!! ;)

Raewyn, I love your cake … After reading your comments, I think I feel better about my cakes because I, too, live in a humid place and the gumpaste does not dry… Even if it is dry, when it is too humid, it softens and the end result is horrible…oh well!! But your is so pretty!!
