Cake Central Magazine Volume 4, Issue 10 – Grimms Fairy Tales – Briar Rose

In July I received an e-mail … did not believe … Cake Central inviting me to submit to them a cake, theme Briar Rose.
They send me a photo of Arthur Rackham, illustrator, in which I had to use as inspiration to make my cake. Although it has been 20 minutes looking at the image, I soon realized I had to do the characters, because it was just what inspired me! So different from what we used to see in fairy tales.
It was unbelievable when I received the email stating that my cake he had been admitted … I was so very glad that I could not stop smiling …
