Today is my husband’s birthday! He is one the most caring and kind person I have met :-)
This cake is inspired by Maggie Austin (I try Maggie Austin cakes on family members first before I offer to make them to clients ;-)
Bottom tier is my signature dark chocolate fondant with 70% Lindt ganache and the upper tier is a light pistachio cake!
