Hiya , as with many flowers and probably other things too, it’s sometimes easier to improve on an existing picture or something you see in 3D. I have a TUTORIAL on this Gerbera , see the link below or it’s also in cakesDecor tutorials. If I had another go , I’d probably roll the main petals a touch thiner and add another layer of the inner petals, which I would , also make much lighter.
