Hi guys, I made this quick drip cake a few years ago for my eldest son Aidan! It’s his favourite choc fudge cake.
There’s homemade honeycomb, caramel hazelnuts and toffifee. To make the pointed caramel hazelnuts, put the nut on the end of a cocktail stick, then dip in hot caramel, let it drip and place to set. Piped chocolate painted with gold lustre for the inscription.
