Vegan/ Eggless Royal icing!

Would love to share with you the Cookie I made, entirely decorated with Coloured Eggless Royal Icing. An option for those which don’t egg are not part of their diets.
Volumes can be accomplished as well, very happy indeed with this less intricate cookie. (The shades around the girl are natural due to the dimension I gave to it).
Ready for other challenges with this icing.
