Anemone is a lovely flower to decorate cakes with. It’s very popular and contemporary and, most of all it’s , just a brilliant looking flower. I have just done a painted Anemone cake (it’s demo on my youtube now, if anyone’s interested) , which reminded me to post this one on here. This is my COMMERCIAL take on Anemone ( by which I mean easiest and quickest way of making it, basically)
